Our menu is updated weekly on our Instagram and website, offering a rotating selection of the finest oysters. You can mix and match all varieties, with a minimum order of 2 dozen. Choose between delivery or warehouse pickup. Orders can be placed online or via Instagram DM, and our team will confirm your order. We offer raw oysters and chargrilled oyster kits for you to prepare at home.
Yes, we do! Same-day delivery is available depending on availability. To ensure you get your oysters, it's best to place your order as soon as we release our menu each Wednesday.

Every oyster is shucked to order, topped with its original shell to preserve its liquor, and delivered over covered ice in an aluminum tray. For the best experience, serve them immediately or refrigerate as soon as possible.
For optimal taste, enjoy your oysters as soon as they arrive. Shucked oysters can last up to 7 days in refrigeration, but keep in mind that their flavor profile may change over time.
